Assignment 4

1. Double click “My Computer”.
2. Insert your floppy disk.
3. Right click once-“3-1/2 floppy A;” then select properties.
4. What does this new window tell you?
5. Select the cancel option, window closes and goes away.
6. Window shown on desk top will be My computer, click on “View” menu.
7. Select “Details”
8. What does details show you? Click on “View” icon (looks like a domino), and select “Thumbnails”.
9. What happens now?
10. Click on Back button, what happens? (Hint: look on the address bar)
11. Click on Back button again, what happens? (Hint: look on the address bar)
12. Using back button, continue until you reach the “Desktop” window.
13. Double click on My computer icon, then click once on 3 ½ floppy.
14. Go to “File” menu and select “Scan for virus”.
15. Use back arrow again, you should be at desktop once again.
